We're KOW Lifestyle Manufacturing

the creators behind ethical footwear brand Kingdom of Wow

We're on a mission to design long-lasting products centred on comfort and responsible choices in materials.

We're committed to the ongoing reduction of our environmental impact and to ensure fair and empowering working conditions throughout our operations, in line with our B Corp commitments.

We aim to contribute positively to our community and the wider manufacturing industry to encourage more informed and conscious consumption.

    Producing with Purpose

We believe in setting a level playing field to drive change in the fashion industry. Brands need to make long-term commitment to suppliers and share the risk of manufacturing and as such allowing suppliers the means and security to improve operations and invest in sustainable materials. KOW Lifestyle is directly connected to brand Kingdom of Wow through ownership structure. This connection removes conflict of interest and the risk of moving orders to cheaper suppliers, allowing us to develop as an ethical business in a shared responsibility.

    Responsibility

We believe in keeping our impact on the planet to a minimum. We pride ourselves on using high quality natural, renewable or repurposed raw materials. Our handmade products are created with care and made to last, from natural materials. Any surplus materials we work hard to utilise through donation or in-house zero-waste projects to avoid putting into landfill.

Our products come in dustbags, handmade in our workshop from deadstock fabrics bought at the local markets.

    People focused

We believe in empowering local communities. We’re a people centred business manufacturing ethically to provide fair-wage employment and benefits for local women. Our workshop provides a safe and healthy workspace for our team, a pleasant work environment where our staff can flourish and reach their full potential. We employ a cook to provide free nutritious lunches daily. We employ a nanny too to provide free daycare for our young mums with babies.

    Our Commitment

We design beautiful, ethical products made with intention - not just for comfort, but for community and connection. Everything we handcraft reflects the kind of company we choose to be: thoughtful, purposeful, and empowering from thread to toe.

Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) are woven into that same ethos. They shape how we create opportunity within and beyond our workshop, and how we contribute to a world where fairness and dignity are the foundation - not the exception.

Grounded in our B Corp values, this JEDI roadmap makes our commitments clear, measurable, and accountable. We work to be a place where every voice is valued, barriers are actively challenged, and diversity isn't just acknowledged - it's celebrated. This is how we help make ethical manufacturing the standard.

    Climate Action Plan

Our Climate Action Plan 2026 – 2030 outlines the steps we're taking to reduce our environmental impact: transitioning to lower-carbon yarn, finding a more planet-friendly alternative to calf leather, reducing air freight, and improving energy efficiency in our workshop.

Wool and leather account for 92% of our carbon footprint, so that's where our focus lies. No distractions - just tackling what matters most.

As a B Corp Certified business, we hold ourselves to a higher standard: this plan is Board-approved, publicly reported, and revisited every year. One step at a time, we're building a brand where footwear leaves a lighter mark on the planet.
