About us

We're KOW Lifestyle Manufacturing, the creators behind ethically footwear brand Kingdom of Wow.

It's our mission to make products that are durable and biodegradable, with minimal impact on the planet, in a fair and empowering environment. And to lead change in our community and the wider manufacturing industry.

    Producing with Purpose

We believe in setting a level playing field to drive change in the fashion industry. Brands need to make long-term commitment to suppliers and share the risk of manufacturing and as such allowing suppliers the means and security to improve operations and invest in sustainable materials. KOW Lifestyle is directly connected to brand Kingdom of Wow through ownership structure. This connection removes conflict of interest and the risk of moving orders to cheaper suppliers, allowing us to develop as an ethical business in a shared responsibility.

    Sustainability

We believe in keeping our impact on the planet to a minimum. We pride ourselves on using high quality natural, renewable or repurposed raw materials. Our handmade products are created with care and made to last, but when they eventually reach the end of their lifecycle, they’re 99% biodegradable so will disappear fast. Any surplus materials we work hard to utilise through donation or in-house zero-waste projects to avoid putting into landfill.

    People focused

We believe in empowering local communities. We’re a people centred business manufacturing ethically to provide fair-wage employment and benefits for local women. Our workshop provides a safe and healthy workspace for our team, a pleasant work environment where our staff can flourish and reach their full potential. We employ a cook to provide free nutritious lunches daily. We employ a nanny too to provide free daycare for our young mums with babies.
