Refund policy

The customer has the right to cancel their order or return the product within 14 days after receiving the product. The customer must first inform KOW Lifestyle before returning the shipment via hello@kingdomofwow.com; the product has to be returned in a like new condition together with the original packaging. The customer will be refunded within 7 days if the returned products satisfies above mentioned preconditions.

The costs of return shipments are to be borne by the customer.
